To place an order, simply browse your favorite category like Festive Wear, Suits, or Kurta Pajama, select your preferred size, and click on “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete your payment.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe), and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are shipped. Please reach out to our customer care team at online@successmenswear.com as soon as possible.
Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If still missing, contact our support team with your phone number and email ID.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: What are your shipping charges and delivery timelines?
We aim to deliver your orders within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our service soon.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with the tracking link. You can also check under “My Orders” in your account.
Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
In rare cases, if your order is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and either reship or refund the amount as per the situation.

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Innerwear, altered items, and those bought during final sale/clearance are not eligible for return.
