Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.

Store credit will be issued within 3 working days from the date the returned product is received at our end. This credit can be used either on our website or at any Exclusive suCCess stores across India.

Note: No items shall be considered for return or exchange beyond the 14-day window.

Return Eligibility

  • If the parcel is fully or partially damaged, please refuse delivery at the time of receipt.
  • The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • No cash or card refunds. Only store credit notes are issued.
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Only one-time return/exchange is allowed per item. Subsequent returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at online@successmenswear.com with product details.

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof when requesting a return.

Once the item is received, our Quality Check team will review the garment. If approved, you must ship the product back to us within 14 days at your own cost. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to discard or recycle unsolicited returns. No refund or exchange will be provided for such items, and no reimbursement will be made for any expenses you incur.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale items or products purchased using a credit note, gift coupon, or discount offer.
  • Any return or exchange request beyond 14 days of delivery.

Order Refusal or Cancellation After Dispatch

If a customer refuses delivery or cancels the order after dispatch, the following reverse shipping charges apply:

  • Rs. 199 for Suit & Blazer Category
  • Rs. 99 for all other categories

Refunds will be processed after deducting the original and reverse shipping charges.
