Returns
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. Store credit will be credited within 3 working days from the date of return product received in our end. It can either be availed at our website or any Exclusive suCCess stores across India. No items shall be considered for a return or exchange beyond this.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of an store credit note which is valid for 3 months, from the date of issue. The credit note can only be redeemed on the suCCess website or any Exclusive suCCess stores across India.

Once we receive the product, our Quality Check department would do a review of the garment and only then initiate the return / exchange requested by you. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 14 days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Goods might be recycled or discarded without warning if we receive an unexpected in-bound delivery for an ineligible return. We will not be able to exchange or refund the product and shall not reimburse you for any expense borne by you. We do not accept returns for sale items or items purchased using a credit note, gift coupon or any other sale/ discount offer. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please contact online@successmenswear.com via the email you used to make the purchase, online or offline, to notify us of any manufacturing defects or reach out for any other query. We would look into the matter carefully and revert.
