Whenever we do so, it will be updated on this page.

1. General Conditions

Our product and services cannot be used to engage in any unlawful or unauthorised conduct that is contrary to the jurisdiction. Our product, marketing, content, graphics, film, and packaging cannot be reproduced, copied, or resold.

For any purchases made at our website, you pledge to provide relevant, complete, and accurate information, and must not send any worms, viruses, or any other disruptive programming.

Any infringement or violation of its terms would result in your services being immediately terminated and can lead to legal action.

2. Pricing

We have a strict pricing policy and all the prices are carefully calculated and we rarely fluctuate with them. All the products on the website as well as the ones available on our offline stores are in parity.

When we modify the prices of any of our products, it will be updated on our webpage. Articles that have been discontinued might no longer be available on the website.

3. Products and services

We retain the right to reject any online orders with us. This could be due to the unavailability of merchandise, lack of logistical assistance in your area, or payment issues with our payment gateway partners. Certain products and merchandise may only be available online via the website and lead to limited quantities.

We have made a concerted effort to represent the colours and images of our merchandise that show in the market as precisely as possible. We do not guarantee that the color seen on your computer monitor is exact.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We are shipping our products PAN India, and usually dispatch those that are in stock within two business days. We do charge a nominal fee for delivery.

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. But usually Shipping and Delivery of items will take 7 to 15 working days from the date of order/purchase.

We’ll send everyone an email notification to track the order if the logistics partner authorizes it. Shipping time cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances or any external factor since it is done by a third party. Fees for shipping are non-refundable.

5. Damages and Issues:

We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit only, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

Please verify the order upon receipt and notify within 14 days of the day of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or you have received the incorrect item so that we may correct the situation.

6. Colours:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on suCCess website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

7. Non-returnable items and exceptions:

Products marked as sale cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. We do not accept returns on items sold with gift cards.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Agwani Fashions Work Pvt. Ltd., our subsidiaries, employees and suppliers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10. Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent Your Information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use Your Information as described in the Privacy Policy. We view protection of your privacy as a very important community principle. We understand clearly that you and Your Information is our most important assets. We store and process your Information on computers located at secured Centre that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to Your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use the website.

We use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed about your orders. Your order related information is shared with our symbiotic ecosystem partners like order management systems, logistic partners, order and customer service partners and other such entity involved directly or indirectly in process your order, service, fulfilment or customer service.

Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share the personally identifiable information that we have collected from you, with any other company for their marketing purposes, without your consent.
