Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. Store credit will be credited within 3 working days from the date of return product received in our end. It can either be availed at our website or any Exclusive suCCess stores across India. No items shall be considered for a return or exchange beyond this. If the parcel is found to be fully or partially damage, please refuse to accept the delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All returns will be in the form of an store credit note which is valid for 3 months, from the date of issue. The credit note can only be redeemed on the suCCess website or any Exclusive suCCess stores across India. Customers are eligible only for one time return/ exchange, second time exchange or return is not acceptable. It's a mandate to share an unboxing video while making returns of any product purchased from our website, as a proof statement. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check department would do a review of the garment and only then initiate the return / exchange requested by you. If your return is accepted, please ship the product back to us within 14 days at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Goods might be recycled or discarded without warning if we receive an unexpected in-bound delivery for an ineligible return. We will not be able to exchange or refund the product and shall not reimburse you for any expense borne by you. In case of Online Purchase the customer refuse to accept the product or cancel the order after dispatched the product from our warehouse, then the customer shall be charged for the reverse shipping of Rs. 199/- for Suit & Blazer Category and Rs.99/- for others Category. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
